We’re excited to bring your project to life. Here’s what happens next:

  1. Quote: Keep an eye on your inbox! You’ll receive a customizable quote shortly—simply review and accept within 48 hours to hold your proposed install date.

  2. Contract: Once you accept the quote, you’ll be prompted to sign the staging agreement. This step is required for both real estate agents and sellers to move forward.

  3. Scheduling: Your proposed install date is included in the quote and reserved for 48 hours. If the quote acceptance is delayed, the date will be released to the next project in line.

  4. Invoice & Payment: A payment link will be emailed via QuickBooks for secure and easy processing. We accept checks, ACH transfers (flat $25 fee), and credit cards upon request (3.5% service fee).

  5. Installation Day: Once your signed contract and payment are complete, we’ll confirm your installation date and get your home market-ready!
