We’re excited to bring your project to life. Here’s what happens next:
Check Your Email: See our availability in real time! You should have an email from us with our booking link.
Request Your Appointment: Click the link to schedule your consultation.
Confirmation: Once our team confirms your day and time, you’ll receive an email confirmation with all the details.
Quote & Agreement: Before your appointment, you’ll receive a consultation quote along with our staging agreement to ensure expectations are aligned. Once you accept the quote, you’ll be prompted to sign the agreement—this is required for both agents and sellers.
Invoice & Payment: An invoice will be sent via QuickBooks for secure, convenient payment. We accept ACH transfers and checks. Credit cards are also accepted upon request and include a 3.5% service fee.
Appointment Reminders: We’ll send a confirmation reminder the day before your appointment to make sure everything still works.
