Owner Occupied Home Staging Consultations
Staging consultations Are 1.5 to 2 hours long. We start at the exterior of the home and then Go room by room.
We Assess Your Home And Address The Following Elements In Order To Maximize Your Return On Investment :
- Curb appeal
- De-cluttering advice
- Furniture placement
- Accessorizing using existing furnishings
- Recommendations and/or options for furniture, artwork or accessories needed, but not present in the home
- Deferred maintenance issues
- Paint color recommendations, as needed
- Update and/or upgrade suggestions such as countertops, cabinets, lighting and carpet
*Consults always include unlimited follow-up between the seller and Stager via text, email, Facetime or phone, should any questions arise along the way. All sellers are also left with a printout for pre-photography MUSTS and pre-showing preparation instructions.
*2nd visit for Pre-Photography- This is a 15-30 minute follow-up for the day of pictures or day before, depending on schedules. For the client that might need that extra assurance before photos. I will make sure lights are on, blinds are open, towels are folded correctly and will do any last minute tweaks. Additional fee applies.
Vacant Home Staging
Buyers only know what they see! A vacant home feels cold and people have a hard time understanding furniture placement. Investment depends on the homes' location and price point.
We try to create a lifestyle/story for the buyer. All vacant homes are customized to fit the needs of the target buyer in order to get the buyer to mentally unpack the moment they walk in.
*Preview fee applies to come out to the property and address clients' needs. This will take 15-30 minutes and you will be emailed a proposal for staging within 48 hours of viewing the property. Should you choose to move forward with the staging, we will take this fee off the Staging Package.
1 hour Vacant Home Staging Consult-
For the Vacant property that needs help prior to staging.
We will walk through the home with the buyer and offer advice on paint selection and interior finishes as well as exterior maintenance that might need done ahead of staging the home. If the client moves forward with staging, half of that amount will be credited towards staging.
