This consultation is designed for sellers who want professional guidance while preparing their home themselves. Our goal is simple: help your property stand out to buyers so it sells faster and for the strongest possible price.

During the appointment, we walk through the property together and provide clear, practical recommendations on updates, repairs, and presentation strategies that elevate how the home shows in today’s market. We explain both the what and the why behind each recommendation so sellers understand how thoughtful preparation can directly influence buyer interest and final sale price.
This is a working session where we evaluate the home together and discuss improvements in real time. We look beyond furniture placement and review the details that matter most to buyers, including curb appeal, lighting, paint, minor repairs, kitchen and bathroom presentation, and the finishing touches that create a strong first impression.
Sellers do not need to have the home fully prepared before the consultation. We meet you where you are and create a clear, prioritized plan together.
